I had a great one-night stay at this place, the staff and host were both nice.

modern and brand-new units as in the photos. bonus point for a sofa bed, central heating, and a work desk. the location cool and marvellous very close to train station. and close enough to the center of arezzo, and the historic centre, train station, a large supermarket and a pharmacy.

Deluxe hotel, I loved its magnificent location.

My room included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff was decent and the host too. Location: the hotel was close enough to historical centre of Arezzo, and a supermarket. Easily reached Punjab Tandoori, located just a short stroll away from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

This place is a good size and has modern amenities like full electric blinds.

This place is located conveniently close to the old town, making it excellent and lovely; additionally, Bar Europa is just a short distance away for a nightcap.

The rooms were super clean and fancy, it felt like a fancy hotel. The best part was the location, so central and close to all the cool spots in the city. And the private parking was a game-changer for our group. Walter, the owner, was so cool and made us feel right at home. we had the best time ever!

If I had to say one thing, I wish there was a little more nightlife nearby. As party-going teenagers, we love to dance and have fun.

The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise. a highly recommended place with modern, clean, and comfortable premises and an amazing host.

The rooms are newly redecorated with all mod cons, large TV, soundbar, and air conditioning. the host, Walter, goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and well looked after. Breakfast prepared by him each morning. Perfectly located, just five minutes walking from the historic center, train station, large supermarket, and pharmacy.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.
